Notes For Traditional Editorial Press Members
DESIGNATED PRESS SPACES: This event will have many credentialed content creators that are endemic to the disc golf industry and are representative of various Disc Golf Network media partners or represent key partners of the event. Traditional editorial press members are highly encouraged to attend and cover the event, but may be directed to specific press areas that are separate from where you see other media members. Please keep this in mind but feel free to request additional access once on-site. We can help you get access to the individuals you need to tell your story and are glad you’re coming. All credentialed media must take direction from the media manager on-site (Sam Gaddens, firstname.lastname@example.org, 401-829-1446).
MEDIA SHARING: Additionally, the Disc Golf Network (the media arm of the Disc Golf Pro Tour – DGPT), does maintain a right to acquire copies of all images, audio recordings, video footage, or other media created at this event. You will not be required to dump your cards or transfer a copy upon leaving the event site, but you may be contacted by the Disc Golf Network with a request for a copy of your footage in some rare circumstances.
EDITORIAL LICENSING PROGRAM: The Disc Golf Network is happy to work with editorial personnel to share images or footage from the event for reporting purposes. If you’re planning to come out to an event and would like to request footage that you’re otherwise unable to capture or would like to use as supplementary material, please notify a DGPT/ Disc Golf Network media manager on-site (Sam Gaddens, email@example.com, 401-829-1446).
